3) User Account :

d) We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning.
e) It is alltime possible that we change membership conditions if there is any important reason or to run ForeverPTC stable.
4) Refferal :
a) You may not refer others in your household or with the same IP.
b) Any spamming will cause your account to be suspended.
c) You earn from your rented and direct referrals.
d) You can only rent referrals when they are available.
e) Referrals are rented for a certain period of time, and will be recycled when the time is over.
f) We can not guarantee that your referrals will click all ads.
g) You can use refferal click earnings only for giving advertising.
h) You can earn money from our refferal bonus system. You can find in our main page and latest news section.
5) Anti-Cheat Policy:
a) Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
b) Do not attempt to edit information through hacking, you will not succeed.
c) Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either case, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return.
d) Normally, attempts to hack into the system will result in account termination.
e) If your account is terminated, we may decide to pursue further action.
f) If you lose money because of cheating its your own fault.
6) Payments to User :
a) All payments will be made via AlertPay or PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
b) You may only request one payment at a time.
c) All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault.
d) We will pay to the payment address on your account.
e) We can decline any payments of users suspected of cheating.
f) Alertpay and Paypal is instant.
g) You can use your earnings to give advertisement in our website or we can pay your earnings via paypal or alertpay account instantly due to our click bonus system. You can find in our main page or latest news section.
7) Advertising :
a) We do not accept illegal content like porn websites.
b) Users can view ads every 24 hours.
c) Advertising fees are to be paid via AlertPay, PayPal or your Ads Balance.
8) Payments to us :
a) You may pay using the methods provided.
b) You will not receive any refunds.
c) Payments are confirmed using IPN.
d) If IPN fails, contact us.
e) Any attempts to chargeback or refund will end with your account suspension.

9) Account Suspension :
a) We can suspend any account at anytime for cogent reasons.
b) Accounts will be deleted with all records of them.
c) We will keep certain information to identify cheating accounts that are suspended.
